Solid Polymer Bearings

GGB offers injection-moulded solid polymer materials, which result in an endless variety of bearings. Made from a variety of engineered thermoplastic resins with the addition of solid lubricant and reinforcing fibers, our standard range of solid-polymer bearings exhibit excellent dimensional stability, low coefficients of friction, high compressive strength and creep resistance, low thermal expansion and good thermal conductivity for a wide range of dry and lubricated operating conditions. Also offered are custom assemblies and solid-polymer rod stock for machining prototypes and small, serial parts to customer specifications.
